It has occurred to me that being a dirty man challenge where you grow your hair, you'll probably need to see my whole head.

Just thought I'd mention I'm taking these pictures with my camera phone, so I have no excuse not to take one everyday.
I hope by the end of this challenge I'll end up looking like this.

Day 1

Today is day 1 and I'm feeling pretty good about this whole idea, although I'm getting the feeling none of us are capable of growing a decent beard. I was originally going to do this on my own but I managed to convince Jay and Tom to take part too. This makes things more interesting and also I won't look ridiculous on my own. So far my only problems are apparently my beard is ginger, so I've reserved the right to dye it if need be and secondly Laura said if I don't shave, neither will she. I think she'll cave before I do.
